CLASS CIP DETAILS

Basically the class CIP will be confirmed, unless ms rita wong does not agree to it (im finding her tmr). so here are the details.

General Details
Name: TGFP (Thank God for Parents) Nite! (expected crowd - 200 people)
Date: 21st March 2009, Saturday
Organizers: Morningstar Community Services and ONE724i
Venue: Located at the open field @ Morningstar Community Services Hougang Centre: 4 Lorong Low Koon (next to Hougang Ave 3).
Target Audience: Mainly families in the Hougang and Northeast regions
Objective: To build and strengthen families in the community, and will be a precursor to future tie-ups and projects between Morningstar and ONE724i for more youth-oriented events.
Activities: There will be food, games, performances by up and coming youth bands AND a special skit item put up.
Duration: 3pm to 10pm

Details for our CG
Our group of 20 people will be split up into 2 categories: Logistics and Mass Dance. YES! if you're asking me mass dance? yes, its mass dance! we will be doing a mass dance to the song called 撑腰 by show luo, basically meaning to thank the parents for their unparalled support to the Hougang Community Centre. However, there are 3 bad news. You ready to embrace it? ):

1) Only 10 people are allowed to be in mass dance, and 10 to be in logistics, so how? I would need each of you to tell me what you all want to be in ASAP and I would TRY my best to put you guys in what you guys want okay?

2) I know this sounds weird, but we have to prepare our own food + for 10% more. Dont get what I mean? Means the 20 of us have to prepare food for a total of 30 people. Obviously, the more you bring the more we get to eat. PLEASE tell me ASAP what food you can bring okay!

3) We will be going there from 3pm to 10pm as stated, but we WONT be getting 7 hours of CIP, but at most 5 or 6 hours, because there is very little to be done and we will be having a lot of free time left.

Lastly, PLEASE COOPERATE BY CHECKING THIS BLOG REGULARLY. any updates will be posted here directly, so if you can, put this blog as your homepage!!!!!!!
