Hey people. I need to get your opinions regarding the upcoming class chalet, like the venue, the dates and which night you will prefer the BBQ to be.

most of you have chosen the chalet to be a 3D2N event so i need to know if you want the BBQ to be on the first or second night.

Here are some updates which i am sure mr wong has called all of you and told you about.
nonetheless i shall post them here on the blog :D

1. To re-emphasize the importance of bringing your thermometer and logbook to school everyday for period of JCTs. If you're not coming to school cos you have no paper that day, SMS MR WONG TO LET HIM KNOW, EITHER THE NIGHT BEFORE OR ON THE MORNING ITSELF. and remember to assemble at the AUDI for the usual temperature taking. :D

2. Print the travel declaration form that the school has attached in the email sent to all student. Bring the form on MON, 29 June, during the AYG torch relay.

3. AYG torch relay: It is COMPULSORY for all JC 1s.

Time: 3pm - 5pm, 29 June 2009, Monday
Venue: TJC sports complex
Attire: Polo Tee + School skirts/pants

Colour: Royal bule, the words in front is in silver colour.
Material: Cotton
Price: $15 (I've tried my best to reduce the price by cutting down the colours)
Status: The vendor is prepared to print the shirt

I know it's quite different from the one that i showed you guys last time, because the price is really a big problem, so we had to cut down the colours.
And Mr. Tong said that we have to include Temasek Junior College at the front of our t-shirt, so there're quite a number of things have been changed.

I'm sure that there must be someone dislike the shirt, but just hope everyone can appreciate it and be happy to wear it. It's not really the shirt matters the most, it is about that we're proud to be in 27'09! That's all I wish for...

Anyway, we'll get our class t-shirt by term 3, so we'll be able to wear it on friday, CHEERS!

As for the class tee, I hope that by the end of July we will all be able to wear it. (: The cost of the tee is between $14 - $18. Hopefully we will fixed the price by the end of this week. :D

Hey people! Hope you guys are doing well in the holidays and are making full use of it! (For me to sleeeeep :D) anyway, joson has suggested a class outing during the holidays and i guess everyone's agreeable to it right?! =P so, can we have a class outing in the 3rd week of the holidays, which means 15th june to 21st june?

*Joson is oni free from 16th june onwards... then i dont know whether the scholars would be back by this date.. so ppl please tag on the tagboard whether you would be free during the 3rd week okay! because i think the last week of the holidays should be used for revision of jcts right? =] we are good students hehe.

Joson and wanqi suggested bbq at ecp then rollerblading/cycling or anything else :D so if anyone of you has better ones feel free to tag okay! :)

YEAH! OUR CLASS T-SHIRT IS FINALLY DONE..

NOTE:

1.The word 27'09 is silver, will try to ask the vendor to make this part into a different material(u konw those a bit shinny one).

2.Regarding the colour, to benefit the guys in our class, the base colour is chosen to be dark blue (as shown)..because some of them say that light blue is very gay !!

3.Personal I think that the picutre is nicer putting on the back, it match with the words "we're loved".

Mr.Tong rejected the previous design because he said that we must have 'Temasek junior College' to be show in the front..(that's why I made some changes again)

I'll approch the vendor and update all of you with a price by this weekend, and get the approval from Mr. Tong... ~^^~

I think we should be able to get it by next team~ HAHAHA~~

Last Updates on Class CIP

1) ALL of us have to reach Kovan MRT BY 3.30pm. Please be punctual and DO NOT be late because my senior (Wilson) will be bringing us to the place IMMEDIATELY at 3.30pm, so whoever does not arrive by then will have to reach the venue by 4pm sharp.

2) We MUST rmb our groupings (Mass Dance and Logistics) by the time we reach the venue because once we reach there, we would be split up immediately. Further briefing will be done there by the OIC of the event, Yang Hong. Logistics would be taken by this guy called Mr Raymond who would further divide the logistics group into smaller sections.

3) As there are very little left to be done, all we have to do is to be as ENTHUSIASTIC as possible for the entire event, especially for the mass dance group. We would have to be very RA RA as we have to pull audiences up on stage to dance with us! For the logistics, it would be fun as you guys would be learning how to COOK a pie from a famous chef from HARDROCK cafe, and you guys would be there as participants.

4) Food has been catered for us, so we do not have to bring our own food (:

5) Lastly, the attire for the day would be any T-Shirt plus jeans and covered shoes. DO NOT (I STRESS AGAIN, DO NOT) come in FBTs, slippers, shorts. Obviously, dont wear too formal too.

Objective: To build and strengthen families in the community, and will be a precursor to future tie-ups and projects between Morningstar and ONE724i for more youth-oriented events.
Activities: There will be food, games, performances by up and coming youth bands AND a special skit item put up.

Details for our CG
Our group of 20 people will be split up into 2 categories: Logistics and Mass Dance. YES! if you're asking me mass dance? yes, its mass dance! we will be doing a mass dance to the song called 撑腰 by show luo, basically meaning to thank the parents for their unparalled support to the Hougang Community Centre. However, there are 3 bad news. You ready to embrace it? ):

1) Only 10 people are allowed to be in mass dance, and 10 to be in logistics, so how? I would need each of you to tell me what you all want to be in ASAP and I would TRY my best to put you guys in what you guys want okay?

2) I know this sounds weird, but we have to prepare our own food + for 10% more. Dont get what I mean? Means the 20 of us have to prepare food for a total of 30 people. Obviously, the more you bring the more we get to eat. PLEASE tell me ASAP what food you can bring okay!

3) We will be going there from 3pm to 10pm as stated, but we WONT be getting 7 hours of CIP, but at most 5 or 6 hours, because there is very little to be done and we will be having a lot of free time left.

Lastly, PLEASE COOPERATE BY CHECKING THIS BLOG REGULARLY. any updates will be posted here directly, so if you can, put this blog as your homepage!!!!!!!
